App Development

Native-grade mobile, shipped fast

Cross-platform iOS and Android apps built on React Native and Flutter, plus fully native builds when the product demands it.

// Overview

We build mobile apps that feel native because they behave native — 60fps scrolling, gesture handling that matches platform conventions, and offline-first data so the app stays usable on patchy networks. Most products ship on a single React Native or Flutter codebase to keep iOS and Android in sync, and we drop to Swift or Kotlin for the screens that genuinely need it.

A typical first release lands in 8 to 12 weeks: a couple of weeks scoping and wiring the architecture, then weekly TestFlight and Play Console internal builds you can actually tap through. You see real progress every week instead of a big reveal at the end.

Because we work through a vetted network of freelance mobile specialists across India, we staff each project with people who have already shipped in your category — fintech, health, logistics, or consumer social — rather than generalists learning on your budget.

// What's included
iOS and Android apps from one React Native or Flutter codebase, with native modules where needed
App Store and Play Store submission, signing, and review handling end to end
Push notifications, deep links, and analytics wired in from day one
Offline caching and background sync so the app works on unreliable connections
CI pipeline producing TestFlight and Play Console builds on every merge
Crash reporting and a 30-day post-launch stabilisation window
// How we deliver it
01

Scope and architecture

We map every screen and data flow, lock the tech choice (React Native, Flutter, or native), and set up the repo, CI, and design system in week one so building is never blocked on plumbing.

02

Weekly buildable releases

Features land in vertical slices, each shipped to TestFlight and Play Console internal tracks. You test on a real device every week and steer priorities before code hardens.

03

Store launch

We handle certificates, provisioning, store listings, and the review back-and-forth for both platforms, then monitor the first rollout for crashes and ANRs.

04

Stabilise and hand off

A 30-day window covers post-launch fixes, and we hand over documented code, build instructions, and store access so your team can take it forward.

// Questions

React Native, Flutter, or fully native — how do you decide?

For most apps a shared React Native or Flutter codebase cuts cost and keeps both platforms in lockstep. We recommend native only when the product leans hard on heavy graphics, tight OS integration, or platform-specific hardware — and we will tell you plainly which case you are in.

Can you take over an existing app instead of starting fresh?

Yes. We start with a short audit of the codebase, dependencies, and build setup, then give you a fixed-scope plan to fix, extend, or migrate it. Roughly half our mobile work is picking up apps someone else started.

Who owns the code and store accounts?

You do. The app is published under your Apple and Google developer accounts, and the full repository is yours from day one — no lock-in, no license fees, no dependency on us to keep shipping.
